Many people when they hear the gym, or eating healthy, they give up. They think the weight they have gained, the large bellies are part of them. It cannot be undone.
But it can bro.
Just start with your diet. Eat healthy foods. Have an app to track the time you go with out eating.
Go for a walk. You know how just going for a walk can help with fat loss? It’s science.
Unplug from what you are used to eating. Most of the foods we eat right now are making us unhealthy.
Once you take care of your health, you’ll feel better. You will love life.
